COMMUNITY
Champaign-Urbana are twin cities with a population of approximately 100,000 located in East-Central Illinois. The community is home to the University of Illinois with a student population of 36,000. The major sources of employment are education, high performance computing technology, agriculture, manufacturing, and service fields.

Note: University High School is located on the north end of campus. Uni does NOT have a parking lot for visitors, so parking is always a challenge. Visitors are encouraged to:
1. Bring pocket change (quarters especially) for the metered lots around the school
2. Leave early to allow for the necessary time needed to find a parking space on campus
