Due to the nature of the Uni curriculum, incoming subfreshmen can request placement exams for only accelerated mathematics and foreign languages (German, Japanese, French, and Latin). Transfer students need to consult with the Assistant Director to determine if placement exams or departmental interviews for any subject are necessary. All placement exams are coordinated by the Assistant Director. Placement out of the level of math or foreign languages may make scheduling more difficult for electives and some core subjects
