POLICY & PROCEDURE FOR MUSIC IN THE HALLS
Home > About Uni > School Policies > Music in the Halls
-
Approach Student Council to see if the stereo is available on the selected date.
-
Check calendar to see if there are conflicts that day (testing, guests, etc.)
-
Music must be for a club or reason (holiday, celebration, ad for coming dance, etc.)
-
Check with the administration for final permission
-
Music played must be for general population listening. Any complaints will result in a change with no questions asked.
-
All cords on the stereo are to be taped down and secure
-
The stereo must be returned at the end of the day to the Student Council office; all tape must be taken off the walls and floor.
-
Students playing the music will not be late for classes and will not be dismissed early for set-up of the music. A schedule for those playing the music is a must, and the activity sponsor will sign off on the activity and check on the day long activity periodically.
