As many of you are aware, the boys' soccer team is on the path to a UNI HIGH history making season this year by being the first Uni team to advance to an IHSA Sectional Championship.  They will be playing the winner of today's Warrensburg-Latham/ Bloomington Central Catholic match.  Their match will be played on Monday, Oct. 23 at 3pm at the Monticello High School soccer field.  The winner of the Sectional Championship qualifies for the IHSA State Tournament on Friday at North Central College in Naperville.

The administration will excuse at 2:15, any high school student (subbies are not included), who wishes to attend the match.  Fan busses will be provided by the athletic department and will depart from the west door of the high school at 2:20.  Students will have to pay the $5 admission fee as set by the IHSA.  The permission slip below  must be signed and returned or to me or parents may respond from their email account to grant permission for their child to attend.

Students and faculty may sign up for the fan bus by responding to this email or see me in person.  I will be ordering the fan busses at 8am on Monday morning based on the number of responses received at that time.  No student will be permitted to board the bus without a signed permission slip and $5.

This a great opportunity for our soccer student-athletes who have worked hard throughout their career to achieve with a victory on Monday something that no other Uni ball team has ever done - A TRIP TO STATE! 

If you are planning to attend you will need to:
1.  Respond to this email and reserve a seat on the fan bus.
2.  Return the parental permission form below to me, Sally Walker.
3.  Have $5 for admission to the match.
4.  Dress appropriately for the outdoor weather on Monday, approx. 50 and windy. 
5.  Have a ride from Uni High upon arrival at the high school around 5:30, depending on the length of the match.
