A graduate of the University of Tennessee, this is Doug's twelfth year as head coach of the cross country teams at Uni High. Doug and his wife, Susan, have a one-year old son, Knox  Logan Mynatt. Currently a student at UIUC, this will be his third season assisting with the cross country team. Karl was an assistant coach with the track and field team the past three years.

After assisting with the track and field team for the past few years, Katrina will join the cross country coaching staff for the first time this season while taking classes at UIUC
