Seniors Stephen Buzard, Nuole Chen, Colette DeJong, and Al Johnson have been selected to represent Uni High at the annual Kiwanis Youth Recognition Luncheon. They were chosen on the basis of their achievements in and out of the classroom.

The luncheon, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Champaign-Urbana (Champaign Noon Kiwanis), will be held May 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Round Barn Center in Champaign.

The Uni seniors will join representatives from other C-U area high schools. The club invites local schools to select four of their seniors for the honor.

At the event, Director/Principal Kassie Patton will introduce the students and their parents and will share with the audience the students' accomplishments. The students will then be asked to share their summer plans and college destinations (and majors, if they've decided on them).
