Human beatboxer

I was shown this a while ago, while randomly surfing YouTube videos. Isn't it amazing what you can find?
This guy, Joseph, whose last name I don't know, is a human beatboxer. In this video, he's competing in "Nouvelle Star," which is a French version of "American Idol." Joseph is 21 years old and must have practiced beatboxing since he could talk in order to become so talented.
Joseph can reproduce nearly any song with a killer beat. He's done anything from the Ying Yang Twins' "Wait" to Jay-Z's "I Just Wanna Love U," and even some techno.
On top of having a pretty wide range of vocals, Joseph can control his mouth so as to beatbox and sing at the same time. He also has the ability to vibrate his tounge extremely fast — so fast that most of the time I can't tell the difference between an actual song versus the one he's replicating.
Human beatboxing is so amazing. I think it takes way more talent to beatbox than to have an amazing voice. This is why Blake Lewis, last year's "American Idol" runner-up, is one of the most talented artists I've seen.
Blake has a pretty good voice. He can also beatbox.
While searching for more beatboxers, I came across Greg Patillo. Greg is my favorite, because he can beatbox while playing the flute. His version of the "Super Mario Brothers" theme is unbelievable.

Beatboxers are so
Beatboxers are so impressive. A year or two ago, this guy came and did a show called "From Tel Aviv to Ramallah" at Allen Hall, which tried to adress both sides of the Israel-Palestine conflict. He combined intermittent photo and video projection with beatboxing, acting, and storytelling... it was pretty incredible.
More talent to beatbox than to have an amazing voice?
True, beatboxing is not something that people can be granted with like singing ability. But to able to sing correctly takes just as much if not more hard work than beatboxing. Just because singing is something everyone can physically do, doesn't mean everyone can DO it. There is also much more to singing than just 'sounding good.
If you want real talent, look at jazz musicians.
real talent? what does that
real talent? what does that mean? talent is skill, some people are skilled beatboxers, some skilled jazz musicians, there is no difference in talent.
Greg Patillo
I was just bored and searching for something to look at and plus i wanted to see if I would come up with something interesting to look at or listen to when i thought to myself how cool it would be if I could find a really good site that almost everyone visits to see if I could find a good beatboxer and I came to this site and was scanning through and watching all the beatboxers when I came across Patillo beatboxing to the song for Super Mario.. He's excellent at beatboxing and that's all I have to say.
