News and views from the Shopping spree
Thanks to a generous community and the Pages for All Ages bookstore book fair, I got to spend $309.95 on books this morning. We've been building a wish list for just such an occasion (Lily, I got the Gorey!), which included some items of whimsy that no library should be without. For example, Return of the Bunny Suicides. So, for the literary-minded suicidal bunny -- order Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix online, then sit under the mail slot.

Hmm, I don't know if I can call that a suicide. Maybe an accidental death? Either way, it still makes me sad!
I'm still against the entire series, but I have to admit that one was pretty clever.
it's terrible, i know, but i do enjoy bunny suicides.
and i'm extremely excited for all these new books (and i get to see every one of them!)- i've started my booklist for spring semester when hopefully i'll have more time!
poor bunny.
he should have ordered peanut butter. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... peanut butter. that is my theme lately.
