The Pre-Pre-SAT

Finally, here’s a test for which I don’t have to study. Tomorrow, sophomores take the PSAT, but luckily, this test won’t affect my grades or my life after Uni.

Managing homework

All of us react to homework at Uni in different ways. Some days we may find homework easy to handle, while other days we may encounter challenges and face difficulties. Are there any solutions that could make every day an easy day?

PSATs are tomorrow

Tomorrow, the sophomore class will be practicing for a practice test of the SAT. We will be missing half of the school day to take the PSAT for the first time.

Boys soccer: Uni advances to sectional semifinals

[UPDATED] The Illineks defeated Monticello 1-0 this afternoon in a Class A sectional quarterfinal game. The boys will play on Friday in the semifinals at host site Monticello High School. They will face Danville Schlarman, a 3-2 winner over St. Thomas More today.

Thou shalt not lie (badly)

We are all supposedly some of the most talented, gifted students around. We excel in school and can make an argument about pretty much anything. But a lot of the time, it's clear that we don't use our academic power for good.
