SAD about winter

Some people can distinctly call themselves a “morning person,” or a “night owl.” Usually I would think of myself as a night owl, although I’ve become more of a morning person lately. It just feels good to get up early and make my day productive.

Every week that I can be home at 7 on a Tuesday, I turn on the TV to the CW and watch "Beauty and the Geek." Yes, it's a bit superficial, but I am totally addicted to this show. The point is to get a group of completely gorgeous women to pair off with socially stunted brainiacs.

Photo essay: Uni fans show their dedication

Despite the prospect of bad weather, scores of Uni students got on a fan bus Monday afternoon to make the trip to Monticello High School, where the boys soccer team played Teutopolis for the right to advance to the Class A state soccer tournament. Although Uni lost 3-2 and much of the game was played in a heavy downpour, the fans gave their all in support of the Illineks. Lizzy Warner was there and brought back these photos.

It’s love! Two people in love. A couple, or people in a relationship … whatever words will describe numerous emotions and attachments two people can have toward each other.

This year being my third at Uni, I have increased my skills in many subjects, especially that of knowledge cramming and knowledge purging.
