In philosophy class today, we finished watching a movie called "Moolaadé." It was about a culture in Africa that practiced female circumcision as a means of “purification.”

Search for new director/principal postponed until next year

The U of I Provost's Office has decided to wait until the 2008-09 school year to search for a permanent director/principal for Uni High. Steve Epperson, Uni's interim director/principal, has agreed to stay on for another year.
