AMC results: Alex Zhai earns perfect score on AMC 12 for second straight year

Once again, Alex Zhai has earned a perfect score of 150 on the American Mathematics Contest 12 national exam. The senior is one of six Uni students who have qualified for the American Invitational Math Exam, which will be given on April 2. The others are Geoffrey Beck, Ethan Berl, Allan Luo, Mike Renner, and Brian Wang.

Basketball awards: Yoo, Renner, Williams win varsity MVP honors

In the annual basketball awards ceremony held Monday at Uni Gym, seniors Aran Yoo, Mike Renner, and Chumar Williams came away with varsity MVP awards. Other honors included all-conference selections for Renner (unanimous), Williams, Yoo, and junior Rachel Skoza.

Girls track: Relay teams shine at Charleston indoor meet

As the Uni girls made their way through the biggest indoor meet of the season, the Charleston Invitational, many runners recorded personal best times, while the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams earned medals as well.
