Next hour I will endure the last test of first quarter. Whew.

This week was very trying, with four tests and two quizzes on Monday and Tuesday, and the PSAT following them on Wednesday. All of this with the quarter ending on Friday — I didn't know if I could possibly make it.

In all honesty, I have had two of the worst days in my life all in the same week, but thankfully I've lived through it all. Kind of.

Monday was quite a trying day, with a math test that I completely bombed (and no I am not exaggerating), the "loss" of my wallet and phone, which I later discovered had not actually been lost, and a not so enjoyable volleyball practice. At the end of it all, I collapsed into my bed and into a coma-like sleep.

Wednesday was also bad. After seventh hour, 20 sophomore lockers had mysteriously gained a white note, ordering the recipients to report to study hall due to a disappointing math test. Of those 20 lockers, one was mine.

Night after night, I have fallen asleep at the kitchen table or in my sister's room only to awaken and realize that there was at least one thing that I hadn't done.

On top of all of this, volleyball season is ending. It will soon be time to trade in the spandex for basketball shorts, and the hitting lines for suicides. Water breaks will be shorter, sprints will be longer, the yelling will be louder, and the pushing will be harder.

The end of this week is the end of a lot of things and the beginning of others. It has possibly been my hardest week of Uni, possibly. But I am alive, even if I am exhausted.
