Charlie: Not a unicorn anymore

I no longer associate the name Charlie with a viral video of an agitated unicorn. Now, Charlie is a cute laughing baby. My brother first showed my family these adorable English children a few weeks ago:

This video has pretty much been dominating my life ever since that first time I saw it. I can't stop quoting it, watching it, and watching the hilarious spoofs of it. My dad even showed it in one of his classes to examine the way children develop language ("That really hurt … and it's still hurting").

I also made a connection between the video and one of my favorite movies, "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street." Because Todd kills people by slitting their throats (I know it sounds horrible, but it's an amazing movie), I've considered creating my own spoof, in which I would proclaim, "Sweeney slit me!"

Of course, the spoof could turn out to be terrible, and some people might not find it so funny. So, for now, I think I'll just stick to whining, "Chawlie bit mey!" to anyone who gets the joke.
