I liked this one a lot...evil Peter, JJJ, amnesiac Harry, and the French waiter were all hilarious, and Venom is one of the most awesome comic book villains ever. Sandman and Hobgoblin were cool too, esp. Sandman. One of the things I really liked in this film was the depth given to the villains, esp Flint Marko and Eddie Brock, and how they not only were great criminals, but also had a human side. Also, their crimes made sense, unlike the mindless destruction wrought by many supervillains. And I almost forgot: the special effects, fights, and even the opening credits were all exceedingly entertaining. Basically, I would recommend "Spiderman 3" to anyone who is willing to have a little fun, won't take the movie too seriously, and won't be offended by a little cheesy dialogue here and there. It's great fun, especially for escaping those post-SAT (or whatever else has got you down) blues
