Indeed. I hate the ends of quarters, because all the teachers try to finish the "important" things in their classes... then it all adds up and crushes us. Thankfully, it's not bad for me this quarter; the only major thing I have to do is take the Calc test (but that's REALLY major... I'm terrified).

In some ways, senior year has been a bit easier. This year, I've actually had enough time to have something resembling a social life. But I'm starting to realize that other things are suffering as a result. I am in Seminar this year, and I'm supposed to have read almost 2 books by now, and I'm only about thirty pages into one. And trying to run a club and have a job on top of everything else is incredibly difficult. I don't even have time to fill out reports of my contacts, to get paid for them.

But still, I'm very reluctant to give up the "fun time" in my life. It's good for the soul, and is probably one of the only things that keeps me going. I'm going to have to start minimizing it, but I'm hoping that these next weeks at the beginning of 2nd quarter will have light enough workloads so that I can put all that off for a little while.
