According to the Agora Days website, schedules are generated randomly through every class, with higher classes getting priority. I think that got distorted to 'schedules are generated randomly', then to 'the order is random', and then to 'subbies get priority over Freshmen/Sophmores'. The website is the authority on this matter, in my opinion.
