The annual Uni High spring concert, led by music director Rick Murphy, was held Wednesday night at Smith Hall. The concert featured the school's orchestra, chorus, and Madrigals. Senior Stephen Buzard also performed Maurice Duruflé's “Suite op. 5” on the organ.

The orchestra opened the concert with an adaptation of the “Lord of the Rings” score, followed by Camille Saint-Saëns' “Danse Macabre,” featuring junior Martin Granick in a violin solo, and George Gershwin's “Porgy and Bess.”

The chorus concluded the concert with a number of pieces, including selections from Robert Ray's “Gospel Mass” and J.S Bach's “Honor and Glory.” Sophomore Jennifer Roloff accompanied the chorus on Cecil Effinger's “No Mark” with an oboe solo.
