If you see television cameras roaming the halls or prowling the school grounds later this week, don't be alarmed.

WCIA, the local CBS affiliate, will visit Uni on Thursday during lunch to videotape public service announcements featuring seniors Nuole Chen and Brett Clark.

The 10-second PSAs will air as part of WCIA's CELEBRATE SMART, a “don't drink and drive” campaign aimed at teens, according to college counselor Lisa Micele.

Weather permitting, the PSAs will be taped outside, she said.

The station will broadcast the CELEBRATE SMART announcements, which will feature students from other area high schools as well, during prom and graduation season.
