IF YOU MISSED the Uni High Madrigals when they were on television Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, you'll have two more chances to watch the 17-member singing group before the holiday season is over.

WCIA Channel 3 will broadcast the madrigals at 5:28 p.m. today and 11:58 a.m. Monday.

This information comes courtesy of parent Kelly Berl, who obtained the air times from WCIA and e-mailed them to the Uni community this morning.

Unlike earlier this week, when Uni was one of nine schools included in the 30-minute program "Holiday Expressions," the upcoming two brief spots will feature only the Uni singers.

"Holiday Expressions" was shown on WCIA at noon and 5 p.m. Tuesday, and on WCFN Channel 49 at 9 p.m. Monday and 9 p.m. Tuesday. Other schools joining Uni on the program were Danville, Arcola, Arthur, Paxton-Buckley-Loda, St. Thomas More, Urbana, Centennial, and Schlarman.

The taping took place Dec. 12 at Parkland College. The madrigals performed two songs, only one of which was aired in the original program.
