Baseball: Illineks give up 17 to East Central

A nine-run second inning was all East Central needed to defeat Uni in varsity action Thursday at the Illineks' home field in Rantoul.

The 17-8 final score dropped the hosts' record to 1-8 overall and 1-5 against varsity foes. East Central is a a co-op team representing Heritage and Shiloh high schools.
