  • Recap: Class AA Urbana took a 4-0 lead in the first half, then added another goal 20 minutes into the second half to hand the visiting Illineks their third consecutive loss. Goalkeeper Isaac Radnitzer made 11 saves. However, the three straight losses have been to two Class AA teams (Champaign Central and Urbana) and to a Class A squad that has a 30-game regular-season undefeated streak (Warrensburg-Latham). The level of competition the Illineks have faced should help them when the Class A postseason begins in mid-October.
