Dan Lilly scored the Illineks' only goal of the contest. The score came in the second half, after Fisher had gone up 2-0. A goal in the final minutes clinched the game for the Bunnies.

With the loss, Uni fell to 0-2 in the Shoot Out, while Fisher improved to 2-0. The Bunnies defeated Oakwood 1-0 in their first game.
