Beautiful run in standard, dropped the second to last bar on the way out. I got too far ahead of him when he was in a tunnel, He tried hard to catch up... Slipped in JWW, taking down a bar.

Beautiful, very fast run in standard with a knocked bar on a 180. Poor handling on the JWW course caused a run-by, though I was able to get him back to complete the course (30.20/39). Courses were significantly more challenging (and even more fun!) than on Saturday.

Beautiful run in standard. Recall two jumps after the start line in both classes. Standard course was mildly trappy [teeter-tunnel discrimination and 180 off of the dogwalk with an attractive teeter entry (almost took it)] but you had to rotate the dog 180 degrees into a tunnel under the dogwalk. 49.07/62. Nice JWW course though I had to talk to the judge about a safety issue (tunnel against the wall), which he corrected immediately. 28.03/35. Judge wheels the course pretty tightly.

Smooth run in JWW. 4 skewed jump serpentine. 1 pin wheel. Traps were pretty insignificant. 31.4/42. Straightforward standard course. 51.6/68. Could have sped up the run, though I halted on each contact. 2.5 second difference between 1st and 4th. No significant discriminations on either course.

Flowing courses, dropped a bar in standard. Ringer ran 13 seconds under course time and would have placed first in Excellent B if the bar had stayed up. Ran well in JWW (28.31/41) and would have placed first in Excellent B if we had been in that class. Would have been a 50 MACH point day, but neither was the case...

Flowing courses again. Standard run was beautiful through the first half. Then Ringer fell off the table (a little too intense), followed by a runby, and missed a tunnel. Very happy and very wound up on that run. Beautiful run in JWW, including a serpentine near the middle. 25.77/40. Would have placed second if he was in Excellent B.

The first three courses seemed beyond us, though we ran well on Saturday, with a knocked bar on the triple in JWW (180 to a tunnel) and ___. Sunday's jumpers run was really ugly. Sunday's standard run was very nice, waited on our contacts, and still was 15 seconds under time.

Nice courses, though grass was long and wet due to frost and heavy dew, and the fact that the ring is excessively shaded. Ringer ran two nice courses on Saturday. Slipped and wasn't able to regain his from before the next jump in standard. Offcourse at the last obstacle in jumpers :( . Offcoursed into the weaves in jumpers. Beautifully run standard course, had the same ending as the Exc Jumpers course the day before, but we managed to avoid the trap the second time! 42.28/61. Placed behind Beth Dielhl's BC, 42.28/61.

Nicely flowing course with a call off that I didn't think we'd get, but we did! 28.95/36. Had problems with dark tunnels and entering in bith standard on Saturday and JWW on Sunday. Ran a nice standard course on Sunday with an off course. Beautiful contacts.

Over 6 months since our last trial. I was expecting a number of bars down, but it didn't come to be! Made Ringer stand on each contact for a good long time since he dragged me to the line ala flyball... Smooth flowing course with minimal traps. 48.06/65 (24 points). Delightful jumpers course. *Very* fast. Ringer handled beautifully at a distance throughout most of the course. 26.36/41 (28 points).

Nice run in standard, though we had trouble with a tunnel entry and an offfcourse from the chute into a tunnel. Beautiful run in JWW. Ringer handled beautifully throughout. Thanks to Dana Pike for the strategy conversation during the walkthrough! (26.04/39). Sunday's runs were uglier. I think she called us either for incidental contact or a missed contact on the A frame, neither of which really happened. We did a drop a bar though which made me feel a lot better ;) . Lots of off courses to deal iwith in JWW, and no qualifiers in 20" Excellent B jumpers on Sunday.

Standard course with a number of good challenges. Off course (honed in on the jump in front of the dogwalk even though I tried to move him to the right toward a different jump), and a dropped bar. Gotta work more on timing... JWW course was fast and flowing. I didn't care for it on paper , but I *really* liked the flow when we ran it. 22.62/39 (24 MACH points). On Sunday, Ringer ran a beautiful standard course, though we missed a tunnel discrimination which had a pipe tunnel underneath the dowalk so that the dogwalk was between two tunnel entries. Oops, we took a tunnel... The jumpers course was chellenging with two pin wheels and a hair pin. Ringer broke his stay at the startline but the eyes in the back of my head were able to see it, so we survived it well. Ringer ran a really smokin' course (25.64/40, 28 MACH points) which I think may have been our best run so far!

It's the fourth day of the trial, and its already a blur in my mind. The first two days were frustrating in that Ringer was higher than a kite. Might have been the fact that we were gone the week prior, the air conditioning, the great footing, who knows??? Oh well, drive is better than no drive...

The first three runs involved dropped bars, off courses, or such. The fourth run was a standard run in which we ran beautifully, except for a missed contact on the dog walk. I was quite happpy with that run, and decided that prior to each run over the last two days , I we would work on calm prior to the run. No tug, just sitting down and relaxing prior to the runs.

A poorly executed front cross the next morning sent Ringer past the plane of one of the jumps in standard. Oops. We ran a beautiful JWW course, with Ringer placing first in JWW (24.70/37). On Sunday, we ran a beautiful standard course with Ringer standing on each of the contacts prior to release (51.66/61). An early rear cross in JWW sent us into a downward spiral during the last run of the weekend. I'm VERY proud of Ringer's JWW run placement at our first big trial!

Beautiful standard course, flowing and fast. Great contacts. 52.92/63, Farage. Jumpers with weaves was challenging. Ringer ran a nice course. I was slow to cue him on a jump, resulting in a runby. Dropped a bar on the way out, Boudrot. Very nice set of runs for the first day. Second day standard course was beautifully run, an early signal for a turn caused Ringer to drop a bar (Boudrot). Excellent, flowing JWW course. A dropped bar was the start of an offcourse-filled course, though I would certainly show under Farage again.
